If the order has been shipped or dispatched from the warehouse, your order cannot be cancelled. You have a choice of not accepting the order when it is delivered to you and the order will be returned to us. Once the order is returned to us and if it is prepaid the shipping cost will be deducted from the paid amount, and then the refund will be proceeded to your account from the payment has been made.
